Our Rhythmic Gymnastics Programmes

Embark on a captivating journey of grace and athleticism in our rhythmic gymnastics classes, where students explore the art of dance, master the manipulation of apparatuses, develop strength, flexibility, and precision under the expert guidance of our passionate instructors.

Kinder Classes

Our Kinder classes are an absolute blast! They are tailor-made for our little ones as they embark on their exciting gymnastics journey.

During the class, the girls will learn rhythmic gymnastics basics and warm-ups, ending with playtime using rhythmic gymnastics apparatus such as balls, ropes, and ribbons! Eventually the girls will progress towards mastering the Singapore Gymnastics Kinder Level routine, and a grading event!

  • Suitable for age 4-6 years
  • Class Duration: 1 Hour
  • Training Frequency: 1-2x a Week
Beginner L1 Classes

The Beginner Level 1 Classes serve as important foundation courses where girls are introduced to the essential aspects of warm-up techniques, conditioning exercises, and skill development required at the Level 1 level of the Singapore Gymnastics Programme. This class is suitable for beginners who are new to rhythmic gymnastics, or those with prior experience in rhythmic gymnastics, and girls transitioning from our Kinder level classes.

They will learn the elements of the Level 1 freehand and rope routines, gaining a good understanding of the techniques and movements involved. Eventually they may progress to Competitive Level 1 Classes.

  • Suitable for age 6 years and up
  • Class Duration: 2 Hours
  • Training Frequency: 1-2x a Week
Competitive L1 Classes

These classes embody the essence of resilience and discipline as our girls start to prepare for upcoming Level 1 grading events and national competitions such as the National Championships and National School Games (NSG).

The classes are rigorous and focus on routines and techniques required for the Singapore Gymnastics Level 1 Freehand and Rope routines.

  • Suitable for girls aged 7 and up or girls with background in RG
  • Class Duration: 2-3 Hours
  • Training Frequency: 2-3x a Week
Competitive L2/3 Classes

Higher level of challenges awaits our girls at the Level 2 and Level 3 of the Singapore Gymnastics Programme in these classes. At Level 2, they will acquire new skills of the Rope and Ball apparatus. At Level 3, they will be using Hoop and Clubs in their routines.

These classes are intermediate level and designed for girls that have RG background or have already completed Level 1/ Level 2. Girls in this class will be training for National Championships, Club Grading Events as well as National School Games.

  • Suitable for girls aged 8 and up with background in RG
  • Class Duration: 3 Hours
  • Training Frequency: 2-3x a Week
FIG Pre-Junior Classes

Are you up for an exhilarating challenge to push your gymnastics skills to the next level? Our FIG Pre-Junior classes are specially for our elite girls who possess the aptitude and ability to perform FIG-type routines.

FIG-type routines allow our coaches and girls to exhibit their artistic freedom to choreograph routines according to FIG rules, selecting music and incorporating elements that showcase their individual talents. These routines push the boundaries of difficulty beyond the standard Singapore Gymnastics Levels routines, necessitating additional training sessions each week to hone their skills to perfection.

There are opportunities for the girls to compete at international competitions, national competitions under the “Stages” segments, and take part in various local competitions as well! If you are interested, please drop us an email ([email protected]) for an assessment.

  • Class Duration: 3-4 Hours
  • Training Frequency: 3-4x a Week
FIG Senior Classes

Our elite class designed for our senior gymnasts, some of which have qualified for the National Squad. These classes train and develop our girls aiming to qualify for international competitions such as SEA Games, Asian Games etc.

  • Suitable for girls aged 13 and up.
  • By invitation only
  • Duration: 3-4 Hours
  • Training Frequency: 5-6x a Week
